Registration

We being the authorized Indian Partner to The World Youth Forum, have successfully conducted Selection Round at Jindal Vidya Mandir, Vidyanagar and a few virtual sessions at different Indian schools.

The registrations for the Global Rounds are open to the the students who qualified in the initial screening.

We are excited to share the following details to all the qualifiers:

Participation Fee: non-refundable

Per participant (student & teacher) fee – excluding Airfare (mentioned further)

Hong Kong Summit– 1,72,000 only (18% GST extra)

Early Bird Offer – Discount of Rs 20,000 if reserve the slot by 28/4/2026

Fee (with Early Bird Offer) – Rs. 1,52,000 only (18% GST extra)

Macau Summit– 1,92,000 only (18% GST extra)

Early Bird Offer – Discount of Rs 21,000 if reserve the slot by 28/4/2026

Fee (with Early Bird Offer) – Rs. 1,71,000 only (18% GST extra)

Two-way travel between Hong Kong and Macau is included.

Coverings:

It will cover WYF participation fee, 6 Nights / 7 Days accommodation in a reputed hotel property on twin/triple sharing in reputed hotels like Regala Skycity / Novotel / ibis / a similar category hotel, 3 vegetarian meals per day, travel insurance, visa / entry permission, Disneyland visit (for both the locations), local conveyance & local site seeing (strictly as per the finalized itinerary), pre-departure training & orientations (15 – 20 sessions), on-site assistance (Male & Female).
The cost does not cover domestic / international travel nor personal expenses like shopping, entry/purchase ticket at other locations in the city.
Decision regarding itinerary for local site seeing is still pending. International Organizing Committee is working on it.
We shall be timely sharing about the documentation process for smooth & hassle-free travel & overall experience.
It will be mandatory for the delegates to attend the virtual sessions and complete the tasks / assignments given during such sessions.
There shall be a separate orientation for immigration, travel guidelines, the parents, and the escort teachers. The information shall be shared timely about the sessions.
The amount once paid shall not be refunded in any case except the Global Round gets cancelled / postponed by World Youth Forum and / or its partner organizations. However, the refund is subject to cancellation policy of the third party bookings (Hotel, Airlines, Meals, WYF Fee, etc) and deduction of operational cost of Eduventiva Global (P) Ltd.

Airfare:

The schools can make bookings for their direct travel from their nearby airports. We will share our on-site staff details to coordinate.
We will also share our international travel details so that the schools can make bookings in the same flight.
Additionally, for the sake of delegation convenience, a two-way non-stop ex-Delhi Economy class air fare for both the locations will be provided with an additional Rs. 28,000 only (applicable GST extra). We will also try to get a better deal in this amount for air connectivity from schools’ near by airport. However, due to present geo-political/other conditions, in case of hike in air fare for either of the two options, the difference amount shall be charged.

The Escort Teacher:

Waiver for One Teacher Escort – Minimum one escort from the school is mandatory. You can send more as well. Though the costing like flight fair, meals, accommodation will be same for the teacher too; but Eduventiva Global (P) Ltd. ethos are based on mutual relations, acknowledging educators’ noble profession, and commitment to the students’ growth; hence we are pleased to offer a waiver of Rs. 50,000 on base / Early Bird offer price (till the offer lasts) for the escort teacher. However, the air fare shall be as mentioned above and additional 18% GST shall be applicable if book tickets through us.

Virtual Training & Orientations –

The virtual preparation sessions for the delegation shall be commenced after successful registration for the Global Round (Registrations in WYF portal shall be done only after receiving the full payment).

Slot Reservation – As we have limited slots for each event, so the qualifiers are advised to reserve their slot by Rs. 15,000 only (non-refundable) and pay the balance amount later by 5th May 2026.

The slots shall be reserved on first come first served basis.
If a student registers but the slots for the respective category have already been filled then the full registration amount shall be refunded within 7 working days.
The international travel tickets and hotel bookings shall be done only after receiving the full payment. As soon as we have a confirmed number of participants, we will be able to share travel & accommodation details.
The Early Bird Offer shall expire at 17:00 HRS IST, 28 April 2026 (Tuesday)
